I am fully trained in the detailed cleaning of all types of ovens and cookers. I am also able to clean hobs, extractors, combi ovens, microwaves and barbecues. My business is fully insured, non franchise and uses non-caustic, pet friendly cleaning materials.

During the clean, the oven/range will be stripped down as much as possible, including back plates and fans. All racks and the grill pan are cleaned and the glass door is removed and split where possible.

There are two main cleaning slots of 9am and 12noon Monday-Friday available and these can be booked through the website. If you require a weekend or evening appointment please contact me directly.

A price will be agreed prior to any work being carried out.

Previous to becoming an oven cleaner, I worked for larger companies such as Aldi and Wetherspoons. At the time I really enjoyed working for these organisations, however, in the last couple of years, my Dad started talking about his retirement plans. He has been cleaning ovens for over 10 years and I started to think about what it could be like to work for myself and provide a specialist service that would give me real job satisfaction. After much thought and discussion, I decided to go out with my Dad for several weeks before he retired, during this time he showed me how to fully deep clean a vast range of different ovens. Since the start of April 2021, I have taken control of the business and re-named it to Oven-Tastic North East (previously ‘The Other Oven Cleaner’).

The first few months of trading have been very successful and I am currently at the point where I am leaving my current job permanently to focus completely on my oven cleaning business. I pride myself in providing a high standard of work, allowing at least 3 hours for every booking to ensure that the job is not rushed and customers are left completely satisfied with a nearly new looking oven every time! I am not just another oven cleaner out to make as much money as possible, I am passionate about customer satisfaction and will spend as much time as required to ensure that the end result will leave you satisfied and amazed.
